OUR SHIPPING POLICY:
In order for you to enjoy the freshest chocolate and confections,
RDC Inc. and MarieBelle New York. adhere to a strict policy of
overnight shipping via Federal Express, regardless of your location.
While there are other less costly shipping options, quality and
freshness is of utmost importance; so, overnight shipping is the
only way to receive our products.
We cannot ship to PO Boxes. We only ship to addresses within the US.
Orders placed after 1 PM are packed and shipped on the next
available shipping day. See below for more details.
FedEx has permission to leave packages at the specified shipping
address if there is no one to sign for delivery. RDC Inc. and
MarieBelle New York are NOT RESPONSIBLE and will not offer refunds
for packages that are stolen or damaged after they are delivered to
the address that is specified by the customer. If you choose the
“Signature Required” option, your package will be delivered only if
it is signed for. If no one is present at the delivery time, then by
standard FedEx regulations, they will make 2 more delivery attempts
before they return the package to us. MarieBelle is NOT responsible
and will not offer refunds if the package is melted or damaged after
the first delivery attempt has been made.

OVERNIGHT SHIPPING DATES and DEADLINES:

MarieBelle products that are
delivered via overnight delivery arrive on Tuesday, Wednesday,
Thursday, or Friday.

Orders placed BEFORE 1:00 PM, EST,
on Monday through Thursday will arrive via overnight delivery on
the next business day.

Orders placed AFTER 1:00 PM, EST,
on Monday, Tuesday, and Wednesday will be packed and shipped the
next business day, to arrive within 48 hours. Orders placed on
Thursday AFTER 1:00PM EST, and throughout the weekend will
arrive on the following Tuesday.

Saturday delivery is available
with a surcharge of $15.00.
NOTE: For orders over $400, a
shipping cost adjustment may apply based on weight. If Federal
Express charges more for shipping, we will personally call you to
let you know.
